Opening a student account

Applying for a GreatWall Debit Card in advance

You can apply for a GreatWall debit card when you open your UK student account. Our GreatWall Debit Card offers you the convenience of cash-free purchase and easy cash withdrawal in the UK and abroad. It usually takes two to three weeks for us to prepare the card for you. You will then be able to collect the card from your nearest Bank of China (UK) Limited branch or Head Office Banking Department in the City of London as soon as you arrive in the UK.
